Our Story

We make every small batch by hand in Philadelphia, infusing our jams with tropical inspiration from Latin America and the Caribbean.

Natalia Cardona Sanchez our founder, grew up in Guatemala and she watched her mom turn leftover tropical fruit from their family juicery into big batches of jam.

Later, when her family became refugees, two women who welcomed them into Canadian life took them to forage for berries and make jam—moments of care and resilience that shaped her. Those core memories still inspire her jam making today, carrying forward traditions of joy and connection.
