Ingredients
• 1½ oz white rum (or gin)
• ½ oz fresh lime juice
• 1 heaping tbsp Azúcar Berry Guava Ginger Jam
• 2–3 mint leaves (optional)
• Club soda or ginger beer to top
• Ice
Directions
1. In a shaker or mixing glass, combine jam and lime juice and muddle/stir until the jam loosens.
2. Add rum and ice, then shake or stir until chilled.
3. Strain into a glass with ice (or pour unstrained for a rustic texture).
4. Top with club soda or ginger beer.
5. Garnish with mint sprig or lime wheel.

Mango Passion Bloom
Silky mango and tangy passion fruit balanced with delicate rosewater — bright, floral, and sophisticated.
Ingredients
• 1½ oz gin (or white rum)
• ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
• 1 heaping tbsp Azúcar Mango Passion Fruit Rosewater Jam
• 2 oz sparkling wine or prosecco (optional)
• Ice
Directions
1. In a shaker, mix jam and lemon juice until the jam loosens and blends.
2. Add gin and ice; shake until well chilled.
3. Strain into a coupe or small glass.
4. Top with prosecco for bubbles or club soda for a lighter finish.
5. Garnish with a thin mango slice or edible flower.

Piña Camote Ember

Ingredients
• 2 oz aged rum (or bourbon)
• 1 heaping tsp Azúcar Pineapple Sweet Potato Jam
• 2 dashes Angostura or orange bitters
• Splash of warm water
• Ice
• Orange peel or cinnamon stick, for garnish
Directions
1. In a mixing glass, stir jam, bitters, and a splash of warm water until the jam thins and blends.
2. Add the rum and ice; stir for 20–30 seconds until silky and chilled.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. Garnish with an expressed orange peel or a cinnamon stick.
